Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For certain Tesla-specific CarPlay & Android Auto modules or customized products, additional processing time may be required to confirm exact vehicle compatibility before shipment.

Compatibility Confirmation

Because all CarPlayTesla products are exclusively engineered for specific Tesla models, production years and trim levels, we may contact you before shipment to verify your vehicle information.
To avoid unnecessary delays, please provide accurate vehicle details when placing your order, including:
  • Tesla model (Model 3/Model Y/Model S/Model X)
  • Exact production year
  • Trim level
  • Original infotainment system version, if known
  • Photos of the dashboard or original menu, if requested
If we are unable to confirm compatibility, shipment may be delayed until we receive the required information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship orders to over 200 countries and regions worldwide using reliable international courier services. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Typical estimated delivery times:
  • Standard international shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express shipping: 3-7 business days (where available)

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination, product weight, package size, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered for certain products or promotional campaigns.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout.
The customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
CarPlayTesla is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs documentation requests, or local import regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order. CarPlayTesla is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no update for an extended period (more than 7 business days), please contact us and we will help you investigate with the shipping carrier.
CarPlayTesla is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, customs, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website after shipment.
